The athletics department is creating a new process for sports physicals and sport registration as of the 2023-2024 school year. We are implementing a new program called FamilyID (Arbiter Sports), an electronic platform that allows users to utilize a digital copy of the required PIAA CIPPE athletic packet. 

This new platform is only required for students entering 7-12 grades who will be participating in a school sanctioned sport. Registration through this program is a requirement for all student athletes moving forward. If your student athlete plans on utilizing the school scheduled physical day of June 1, 2023, your online registration must be completed prior to this date or they will not be eligible to be seen.

We have included the instructions to get you started on the new process. Our hope is that this is a seamless transition with positive feedback from our families.

Steps to Register:

1. Go to familyid.com

2. Click on “Find Programs” tab located at the top of the page

3. Type “Freedom” in the organization tab with PA as the state

4. The Freedom Area School District link will appear with our Bulldog logo. Clicking this link will open our landing page with the directions on how to proceed. Please read all the information given.

5. Follow all directions moving forward with the online registration until completed.
